  • To raise funding, created a business plan and made presentations to prospective investors – raising €15 M in total
  • Drafted a detailed plan for a visitor centre that was to operate within the brewery
  • Liaised with Enterprise Ireland and Tourism Ireland for promotion of the visitor centre
  • Launched beer products produced by subcontractors and marketed on and off trade
  • Responsible for weekly payroll and profit and loss
