- To raise funding, created a business plan and made presentations to prospective investors – raising €15 M in total
- Drafted a detailed plan for a visitor centre that was to operate within the brewery
- Liaised with Enterprise Ireland and Tourism Ireland for promotion of the visitor centre
- Launched beer products produced by subcontractors and marketed on and off trade
- Responsible for weekly payroll and profit and loss
