As a team member in the Case, Contact, and Outbreak Management in describing the State’s approach to the case, contact, exposure site and outbreak management to ensure Victorian guidance aligns with national policy and is consistent across the decentralized response to COVID-19 in Victoria by

• Evaluating the accuracy of public health data and materials, making immediate changes upon discovery of outdated information in data assurance.
• Supporting provision of public health information and direction to cases and contacts to reduce risk of community spread.
• Promoting public health initiatives through stakeholder collaborations and the Department.
• Writing reports and outlining key health pandemic response strategies in relation to exposure sites to stakeholders.
• Overseeing development and implementation of health programs, initiatives and assessments.
• Escalating any issues or concerns to team leader by documenting actions.
• Coordinating and triaging high volume correspondence and briefings, preparing draft responses and escalating high-priority issues as they arise.
• Developing and implementing performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement.
• Preparing presentations on health and safety concerns for the public.

• Maintained mailing lists and subscriptions to facilitate program functions.
