So I coach 2 basketball teams in the Ipswich IBA tournament, an U14 and U18 team the U14 team a division 4 team from last season without me coaching only winning a few games to with my help making all the way to semi finals to just fall short of going to finals, then there the U18 team i played on last year also winning only 3 games to also making it to semis and also falling short of the finals.


I also competed on the national level of taekwondo since i was the age of 8 years old placing 1st, or second all the years i went.
