At just 20 years old, I know I still have a lot to learn, and I am a strong believer in always and forever being a sponge to the right environment, whether that's on or off the tools, to become a better tradesman and person.
When completing my apprenticeship in September of last year, I was also nominated for TAPS 4th Year Apprentice of the Year. During this time of being an apprentice, I had worked out on my own since my second year at just 17 years old.
Currently open to multiple roles, whether they are Sales Plumbing, General Plumbing, Bathroom Renovations, Project Management, or an all-in-one role that includes a bit of everything, would be ideal, as I enjoy variety and expanding my skill set by touching on all aspects of plumbing.
I have also completed some time in construction and commercial plumbing with PA Plumbers before moving to Precise during my time at Taps earlier in my apprenticeship. This was something that was a great learning experience, where I gained further knowledge within the trade, although I would much rather residential work. However, I am always open-minded to all jobs

- As of being employed with Precise Plumbing, I have spent this time as a drain technician, having a hydro-jet fitted to my company vehicle, with a strongly sales-focused role.
- Strong sense of people skills and confidence when delivering quotations of all sizes and prices.
- Strong organization skills when it comes to planning and managing jobs, assuring they are done smoothly and profitably, meeting deadlines.
- I have undergone training with one of Australia's leading sales trainers, Adrian Fadini.
- As of last year, I generated a total of roughly $800,000 for my current employer, with major growth potential with my skill set.
- A long list of contacts, relationships, and intellectual property comes with my being an employee. eg. Best plant equipment hire pricing, great relationships with Reece Richmond, and a long list of quality, reliable subcontractors across all trades.

- Currently running my own stormwater business, "ADL Stormwater," where we specialize in stormwater, concrete, and earthmoving on a residential and small commercial scale, I regularly organize and project-manage my own small and large jobs, with sometimes up to 10 people under my supervision and direction. I have managed jobs for myself and others, up to $40,000+, limited only to incoming jobs and not my skill set. This does not interrupt my full-time employment and is only done on weekends, although I am open to a 3- or 4-day roster depending on circumstances.
