• Conduct regular High Voltage switching following a switching plan, maintain and test HV equipment and apparatus
• Install, setup and maintain substations - including lighting, tray work, fences, signage etc to design and specification
• Install, maintain, fault find and repair monos, flygt pumps, refuge chambers, secondary ventilation fans, aircons, 1000V boards and much more
• Teach and guide multiple apprentices and green starters to mining
• Work on UPS and battery systems
• Maintain, fault find and repair mobile plant including;

-Sandvik jumbo DD422i and DD421

-Sandvik longhole DL421 and DL422i

-Redbore raise bore rigs (multiple different models)

-Epiroc easer rig

-Epiroc simba longole

• Carry out SWA cable runs, drops, joins and installs efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Calculate, install, repair and fault find RCT systems and leaky feeder communications cabling.
• Complete installs on electrical equipment to a high standard while following and complying with relevant AS/NZS standards.
• Fault find, repair and maintain mobile and fixed plant electrical equipment including but not limited to;

-Jumbo and Longhole Drill Rigs

-Refuge Chambers

-Primary and Secondary Fans

-Mono and Flygt Pumps

-Solar and UPS Systems

-Switchboard Enclosures and Substations

• Professionally and appropriately choose conflicting high priority jobs.
• Carry out statutory preventative maintenance.
• Complete statutory test and install sheets appropriately.
• Follow all safety and isolation procedures.

• Commercial wiring and shop fit outs - restaurants, cafes, offices, disabled apartments and more
• Commercial and industrial three phase switchboard fit offs and installs.
• High end residential and domestic house wiring and fit offs.
• Garden and pool lighting installs.
• Dali and cbus lighting control systems.
• UPS maintenance and installs.
• Emergency lighting audits, installs and maintenance.
• Organise and order parts for small to large scale projects.
• Liaise with clients and customers on a daily basis.
• Domestic and Residential apartment renovations.
• Data, tv and audio system - wiring and installs on small to large scale jobs.
• Testing and fault finding extra low voltage and low voltage wiring systems and appliances.
• Re-wiring of non-compliant waste water management control panels.

• Domestic and Multi-block residential underground services lead ins.
• Follow work instructions and site plans.
• Domestic and residential house wiring and fit offs.
• Extensive low voltage testing and fault finding.
• Appliance installs, repairs and fault finding.

• Follow team leader instructions.
• Prioritise tasks given and carry out efficiently.
• Show up on time, presented well and with a can do attitude.
