In October of 2022 I was eager to expand my skill set within a retail environment, and I was given the opportunity to do this at Zimmermann. The expectations at Zimmermann for a sales associates were set to a high standard, which I found extremely motivating and rewarding when providing a exceptional experience for clients. My roll at Zimmermann was but not limited to styling women for day to day and special occasions,
but more so providing a memorable experience through going above and beyond expectations for our clients. I learnt how to grow, nurture and perfect costumer client relationships insuring that my clients would not only be extremely happy with the service provided but also insuring that they would be retuning back into store. To insure that all my clients were happy with there service provided it was my responsibility to be educated on all the products we offered in store and online, it was imperative that I knew all my fabrics for each piece, sewing techniques and shapes of clothing that were flattering on each individual client and up to date sales techniques. I took education at Zimmermann very seriously and I believe knowing product features and benefits are paramount to providing the best service and sales outcome. Another element to my roll that I found a great passion for is visual merchandising, I am extremely interested within the entire process of launching new season pieces and merchandising the store to appease consumers and boost sales. I find large satisfaction in preparing pieces to be floor ready and to liaise with the visual merchandising team to fit directives through colour and print patterns with stock on hand.

In 2019 after I graduated from high school, I organised to meet up the lovely agents at Finesse, this action in its self took courage and optimism. Being a model for Finesse has taught me resilience as to excel in this line of work, you must be able to handle criticism in a healthy manner, rejection and long days on set. Each modelling job is very different to the next due to location, photographer, set staff ect. Working in this environment has grown my adaptability and confidence through working with a new team each gig, to have a successful day shooting I insure that I am always positive and listening.

TCS Nominees was is a company that dealt with e-cigarettes, as well manufacturers and wholesales other products to go along with the device to help defeat cigarette/nicotine addiction. The business held high standards to the staff members within being professional, approachable and understanding. In my roll I have worked in all components of the business but mainly focused on the wholesale & manufacturing side. Within my roll the tasks that I would perform were, supervising and contributing to the manufacturing of products, organising and preparing products for interstate wholesale shipments while fostering a positive workplace for all. These tasks have helped me grow my skill sets and knowledge around courtesy for clients that are in a vulnerable situation, responsibility and time management skills around getting large orders correct and out on time. Overall my experience at TCS Nominees has taught me about flexibility, organisation and the importance of managing and partaking in team work with a optimistic attitude.

My first Job was working at Aje on Rundle St Aje is an Australian fashion label that embodies a feminine and effortlessly put together style. My responsibilities at Aje as a stylist/sales assistant was to dress women and make them feel confident, handle stock and processing sales. Aje also held their staff to high regard when it came to working in a professional, poised and working in tidy manner under high demand periods. I learnt all the basics of retail and what excellent customer service looks like at Aje such as how to great, speak and please customers I also learnt about basic KPIs & POS skills.
