EXPERIENCE

  • Work experience at Blackburn Primary School, teaching Preps and Physical Education. Allowing for the ability to work within an adult environment at a young age.
  • Ran and organised stocktakes through my role at Officeworks, as a result learnt to establish proficient goals within limited periods of time.
  • Controlled the ordering of stock within Officeworks Doncaster's print and copy department, allowing for an understanding and opportunity to develop knowledge of cost price aswell as waste management
  • Obtained experience within managing the community involvement program at my store, providing development within written skills and communication with clients amongst the broader community.
  • Through experience being a coordinator at a before and after school care business it has allowed for me to gain experience in the field of management and education whilst working with a variety of different people and strengthening my communication skills and practices. This opportunity provided me with a passion for childhood education.
  • Became a shift supervisor at the Box Hill Golf Club in the area of hospitality, providing further exposure to a variety of individuals as well as allowing for further development in customer relations and communications practices.
  • Progressed into the role of Assistant Operations Manager / Functions Manager at the Box Hill Golf Club. Participated in the organisation and creation of a variety of events as well as running these events. Through running this department I established an understanding on the importance of food costing and marketing methods when producing function menus and advertising our services. Within the Operations Manager role i worked amongst the management team to formulate strategies, improve performance, procure material and resources as well as obtain and update compliance procedures.
  • Within my role at Manningham Netball i have been able to establish stronger administration skills and understanding of community sports/ community groups. Through this role i have developed a further drive to understand members of the community and there needs.
  • Currently studying a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Project Management. Throughout this course i have completed a variety of units such as marketing, management, operations and financial planning units as well as personal relations and communication units.
  • Completed an Associates Degree of Primary Education. Undertook a round of placement allowing me to work with a variety of primary age students. This course increased my experience in conflict resolution, communication, time management and the ability to plan programs and teachings for a younger age group.
  • Through these many career opportunities, communication, perspective and understanding have become strong skills in which i have developed through these diverse experiences.

  • First aid , anaphylaxis and asthma management training certificate
  • As well as any relevant training needed am willing to obtain as early as needed
