Working with a small business has allowed me to be able to work and learn in all different parts of a company.

As an eCommerce and Customer Loyalty Director with Binny, I look after all things customer related as well as the running of our online sales/promotions including the following:

  • Daily despatch of orders, customer enquiries and returns.
  • Monthly Physical Stocktakes
  • Work alongside Management and the Customer Service Team to ensure all customer feedback is onboarded to improve the digital experience.
  • Work with Designer & Production on Fit Notes/ Bestsellers constantly to improve return rates & customer satisfaction.
  • Working with Marketing team on operation of the website ensuring site content is always accurate and a focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Help with content creation also including welcoming & contacting influencers, samples for fashion parades etc.

  • Assist with hosting in house VIP only fashion events/ trunk shows to showcase the latest fashion collections at Binny and foster client engagement.
  • Upload and manage the data entry on product catalogue using Shopify platforms working with production team.
  • Weekly stocktake meetings with the team to manage online stock levels and create marketing strategies.
  • Communicate with the production team for all international orders to ensure timely despatch.
