Motivated and committed Wildlife and Captive Animal graduate with a keen interest in securing practical experience within the industry. During my immersive year long internship at Sea World and Paradise Country, I actively engaged with a diverse array of terrestrial and marine animals, further solidifying my dedication to the care of animals in captive environments. Complementing my academic background, I have hands-on experience volunteering with Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary in the Koala department spanning over the past 6 months working closely with the native species.
As an expansion, I have significant expertise as a canine sitter/trainer, coupled with hands-on experience as an assistant dog trainer during the pursuit of my Cert II in Animal Care. Possessing a positive demeanor and adept organisational skills, I demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various animal breeds, species, and their unique temperaments.
