I have a longstanding passion for the Early Childhood Education and Care profession, and I have worked in this profession for over 4 years. I hold a Diploma of Early Education and care. I feel I quickly establish effective rapport with co-workers, children, and their families. I am honest, have a solid moral compass, embrace diversity, understand, and uphold confidentiality and am committed to working wholeheartedly within my role. I enjoy the unique challenges and milestones that come with community connections and establishing links that are mutually beneficial. I have a genuine love of educating and nurturing children and their families. I have a strong focus on quality play-based educational learning being available and adaptable for all children to lay the important foundations for a love of lifelong learning. I take pride in my mentoring and coaching experiences, being able to guide best practice in educators for the betterment of educational outcomes for all children.
