I've been in administration for roughly 10 years and have a very broad range of experience. For the past 2 years I've thrived in my senior role and risen to the challenge of managing my own team which I never thought would be on the cards. I'm extremely motivated and have learnt to adapt very quickly to changes in the work environment and am always advocating for my staff and the role I currently work in.
