As well as doing medical reception, I also created the fortnightly rosters for the front desk, followed up on outstanding accounts, sent claims for private insurances and then paid them off once remittances were received, created invoices for doctors reports as well as going through Medicare batches. I have also interviewed people for front desk and trained them accordingly to suit that role .
