Communication:
• Work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicating the Project Plan to the Store Manager and wider team, and provide regular updates to ensure relevant stakeholders are fully informed on the projects progress.
Achievements:
Coles Relay gave me the opportunity to grow from someone with zero leadership experience into a confident decisive manager who has built great relations and trust with Stakeholders and Store Managers across NSW/ACT. I have developed exceptional conflict resolution skills and have learnt to be influential by facilitating in-depth information.
Achievements:
This role allowed me to grow in the environmental sector. My knowledge around land management and conservation has improved immensely. This line of work was physically and mentally strenuous but rewarded me with a strong mindset and new ambition.
