- Developed a strategy of consolidation and disposals to operational costs and improve workplace and access to services
- Approached to led in the consolidation of existing asset and capital works PMO’s into a centralised Capital Investment PMO (CIPMO) practice
- Lead a team of internal and external consultants to identify an appropriate system, develop reporting tools and implement within a 6-month window
- The results of CIPMO are centralised and standardised financial reporting capital budget $ 95m, compliance with new NSW Treasury guidelines and options to analyse spending and project performance trends.
- Proactively identified potential risks and implemented mitigation strategies to minimise negative impacts on projects or business operations.

- Initially contracted to conduct a comprehensive review of the property portfolio and asset management plan of 820 property assets with a focus on providing recommendations for a strategic asset management plan and program implementation
- This review led to the establishment of an Infrastructure Strategy across the entire enterprise that identified 10 priority objectives
- Introduced a series of recommendations that led to continued engagement as the asset management lead
- Transformed under performing team and introduced training and development to blend existing and new staff
- Responsible for managing capital works program and specific economic grant developments including new Police stations, aviation facilities, specialised training facilities, live fire ranges, operational and command buildings
