  • Introduced a series of recommendations that led to continued engagement as the asset management lead
  • Transformed under performing team and introduced training and development to blend existing and new staff
  • Responsible for managing capital works program and specific economic grant developments including new Police stations, aviation facilities, specialised training facilities, live fire ranges, operational and command buildings
