Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance of all mobile equipment which includes the following: 5 Utility Vehicles (Hilux, Colorado, Navara, Triton, etc) 6 Prime Movers (Scania, International, Freightliner, Volvo) 20 Forklifts (Hyster, Caterpillar, Heli. Replace defective electrical and electronic component as diagnosed based on service manuals.
Perform a thorough investigation of the cause of major fault and problems and directly report it to the maintenance manager for further instructions.
Perform mechanical jobs such as welding, machining to avoid any delays in the operation.
Write specifications, schedules, technical reports and budgets for every equipment inspected and rehabilitated and directly report to the manager.

Assist in the inspection, testing and evaluation of new electro-hydraulic component upon installation.
Responsible for the calibration, testing and setting of sensors, proximity switches and pressure switches of TCAD (Tamrock Computerized Aided Drilling)
Calibrate and adjust equipment sensors, transformer settings, and all electrical and electronic components as per standard and conformity of the job site.
