Hi, my name is Gian Luca Paone. Im 30 years old. I’ve worked in the construction industry for almost 10 years I worked for I&D Group for 4+ years as a safety guy, and other previous companies as a labor. I have my boom ticket scissor lift Harness ticket, forklift ticket. I got my rails medical, working on the rails corridor and rails industry card. I have always been a hard worker, respectful person, and always taken safety very serious. I have always worked as hard as if it was my own business. I am a very skilled labor that can frame, work on decks, stripping, patching ,concreting. My job at IeD group used to also be making sure screens were always tagged and safe, making sure everyone was signing into their swims, inductions, safety walks every week safety meetings with the builders and making sure all the tasks were done by the end of the day.
