- Reporting any abnormalities to the Registered Nurse for example change of vital signs, changes in physical and mental condition
- Ensure Care Recipients well-being and safety is maintained
- Act tactfully and diplomatic with sensitive situations
- Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity of the Recipients\ facility
- Demonstrate safety awareness and report potential work hazards to Registered Nurse
- Ensures all information and data regarding the Recipient is recorded and reported to Registered Nurse
