I am a highly motivated and hard-working professional with over two years of high-quality customer service experiences in events and six months experience within the retail industry. I am wanting to apply for this position to expand my experience and also provide the best service to customers or guests. Moreover, I am willing to be trained and available to work in other departments as well. During this job I have enhanced my English communication skill. Every time I pick up customers is an opportunity to practice my communication skill. On the other hand, I also learning new cleaning skill and experiences, including stock take, inventory, Folding towels and making beds, cleaning & dusting and the skill of use professional vacuum cleaner. In this Job my time management skill is upgrade to the next level, we need to clean 6 rooms a day at the same picking up the guests. And I have learned how to use deep clean skill to clean the rooms by using professional chemistry cleansers.
