Architecture firm focused on commercial and residential medium and High-End projects. I worked on several projects with an average of 200sq each, totaling around 3800sq.

Key responsibilities and works
• Developed architectural drawings for medium and high-end projects.
• Development of architectural design from concept design through to Approved for Construction documentation including general arrangement plans, elevations, sections, RCPs and detail drawings in accordance with building code regulations and construction standards.
• Participated in PCG (Project Coordination Group) meetings to review project progress and address issues.
• Responsible for developing the planning condition responsibility matrix and leading the closeout of all planning conditions with council.
• Experience in construction documentation.
• Translated design briefs into conceptual ideas and created visual presentations to communicate design concepts
• Drafted and reviewed technical drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents.
• Attend RFI.
• Liaise with consultants, clients or subcontractors.

The projects promoted popular housing solutions in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, housing programs were developed, and new constructions and retrofits in abandoned public buildings.
