Career Overview

A once career chef who worked in the hospitality industry for well over 20 years in a variety of roles within both large catering organisations across many and varied events throughout Australia, smaller restaurant operations, and numerous cooking and lifestyle based Expo’s across the East Coast of Australia, co ordinating demonstrations, stock control and promotional works associated with these roles. For the best part of the last 12.5 years, I have been involved in the residential construction industry, with approx. 4 of those years on the tools and the last 8.5 years as a Construction Supervisor with Henley Arch Pty Ltd throughout the north west corridor of Melbourne on both detached housing and townhouse builds.
