  • I started at Aldi as a Store Assistant. My potential was recognised after 6 months and I was promoted to Deputy Manager. I was only a Deputy manager for 3 months before being promoted to Trainee Store Manager. I completed the 3 year training course and was promoted to Assistant Store Manager in August 2022. Throughout my years of retail management at Aldi, my responsibilities included but were not limited to:
  • Managed cash registers efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions, balancing drawers daily, and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Managed opening and closing procedures and recommended changes to enhance efficiency of daily activities.
  • Enhanced store appearance for increased sales by maintaining cleanliness and implementing strategic merchandise displays.
