Receptionist at 360 Fitness was a mix of different skills that I have acquired. These skills were things such as navigating around the computer, using Google Word documents, Exel documents. Apart of the position was also talking to people face to face and communicating what we offer in our different membership options, trying to encourage our members to sign up to a membership to be apart of the gym. Cleaning equipemnt was also apart of this role and making sure the equipment was safe to use and not worn and torn.
Kmart Presentation team member required me to make sure the store was in at near perfect condition, this was many examples such as making sure shelves were organised and neat, cleaning up spills and removing any hazardous equipment or fixing or removing dangerous objects so customers feel safe walking in the store.
