My assistance in the roll out of the new warehouse inventory systems and training other staff gave opportunity to be sent to Brendale to assist them in their first Inventory. At Stapylton during my time running Inventory we were able to meet our target with a difference of less than 0.01%. As well as assisting with the DPR and AOS rollout within the warehouse I was also responsible for the initial setup of Compliance within the Stapylton warehouse, reporting directly to the Warehouse Director on a monthly basis.
