Work History
Trainer
The Pharmacy Network
Recently training Pharmacists (12) and pharmacy assistants (40) for a local pharmacy group The Pharmacy Network.
The feedback was email from participants on the knowledge they had gained from my training and knowledge that would help them with their customers.
Clinical Trial Coordinator
L’Oreal
To fully understand her objection and her conclusions
I proposed that she might like to partake in L’Oreal’s current in-surgery trial.
She could enrol 5 patients into the trial for a 12-week period of which she would be $150 per patient.
Initial assessment, product of MelaB3 plus Anthelios Face Fluid Sunscreen to use throughout the trial.
At the conclusion of the 12-week trial she had agreed that if MelaB3 was used as prescribed it reduced hyperpigmentation and prevented new lesions.
Team Leader

Wollongong
I had identified this area as HIGH POTENTIAL but LOW PERFORMING.
I had put it on the agenda for our weekly TEAM meeting knowing that 3 of my colleagues had previously worked this area in other roles.
To formulate a BLITZ DAY Where 4 of us would go to Wollongong with Targeted calls on medical surgeries and allied health, Physios, Pharmacies to gather intel.
I researched data on the internet and websites devised a WALKING LIST for each of us.
We met at a designated coffee shop.
I had emailed our calls the bricks we were to BLITZ the evening prior.
I set a time for 3pm to meet and debrief.
Data and information gathered by 4 of us including lunch appoints made sample requests, helped to set the blueprint for calls & frequency to gain M/S.
