  • Overseeing and delivering Hot Shots, Junior, Adult, High Performance and Cardio Tennis programs
  • Planning and conducting Play Sessions, Holiday Camps and Open Day Events
  • Responsible for the performance of a team of 11 Coaches
  • Constantly developing and improving delivery of all programs including lesson planing guidelines, setting of individual and group goals and benchmarks for Coaches, better class definitions and understanding of stages and levels
  • Introduced assessments (firstly implemented at TW SOP) to improve the transition of players between stages. Constant review and improvement of assessment sheets to assist in Coaches' performance and align with Tennis Australia Hot Shots Competencies
  • Worked together with the Head Coach to complete Coaching pathways, by adding Level 3 Squads in all stages
  • Introduced and constantly overseeing of play sessions and UTR match play, key element of coaching and playing pathway
  • Responsible for growth and retention of more than 400 students across all programs
  • Improved communication with students and parents, centered in my Coordinator role
