I am employed at Bunnings Warehouse, as a member of the landscaping team. In this role I learned information about gardening, caring for and maintaining natural and constructed environments, along with building essential skills in team work, safety and working efficiently alone and as apart of a team. Other things I did as apart of the landscaping team.

• Frequently inspected production area to verify proper equipment operation.
• Kept work areas clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency and team safety.
• Contributed to team success by completing jobs quickly and accurately.
• Learned all required tasks quickly to maximize performance.
• Worked scheduled shifts and remained available to work during coworker absences, holidays, and busy periods.

I was employed as a landscaper for a period, where I learned about outdoor maintenance, gardening and working safely with tools and machinery. Here I developed a determined work ethic where i was pushed to do my best and given responsibility to make decisions to complete my given tasks. While employed here I had responsibilities such as.

• Maintaining grounds by trimming, weeding and general clean up
• Safe use of tools and machinery to undertake different tasks. Lawnmowers, Hedge Trimmers, Edgers, Chainsaws etc.
• Removing, locating and planting different plants and trees to maintain landscaping area
• Removed debris and waste from outdoor areas.
• Developed and implemented strategies for pest and disease control.
• Applied fertilizers and pesticides to outdoor areas according to safety standards.
• Monitored and evaluated condition of trees, shrubs, lawns and flowerbeds.
• Collaborated with gardeners to plan and design outdoor spaces.
