Work placement for Hospitality.

2020.

I worked at KFC for one week from 9am to 5pm daily. I was responsible for serving customers, preparing bulk food for the day, stacking fridges and cleaning, including general sanitisng and cleaning the toilets.

2021

I worked at Peaches Cafe for one week from 8am to 5:30pm daily. I learnt how to use the coffee machine and prepare coffees. I was also involved in preparing bulk food for the week. I learnt more about different types of beverages in a cafe and how to make all of them. I also helped out with the cleaning including general sanitising, cleaning dishes using the industrial dishwasher

I participate in caravan every fortnight. I serve and prepare food for families in need.
