- Oversee the provision of fire extinguishers. Coordinate the test and tagging of fire extinguishers every 6 months. Oversee the management of the fire extinguisher register. Ensuring that the facility, plant, and trucks carry compliant extinguishers in designated locations.
- Oversee the provision of first aid equipment. Routinely inspect quantities, dates, and equipment inside the first aid pack.
- Investigate incidents and recommend measures to minimize hazards and risks.
- Follow and facilitate incident procedures, complete the incident report with injured workers, conduct well-being checks, and relay information provided by the worker to the business work cover coordinator.
