Summary

I am an enthusiastic and motivated individual in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Leadership and Management, at the University of Queensland. I am eager to build a successful career in HR and grow within a company. With excellent people skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly, I thrive in fast-paced environments and work well both independently and within a team. I take pride in building positive relationships and am excited about opportunities for career development, particularly in an energetic and supportive workplace. My greatest strength is my ability to connect with people. I am a strong communicator and thrive on building meaningful relationships. This has been evident in my leadership roles, including serving as House Captain at school and as Female Sports Minister at college. I have also competed in tennis at an international level, an experience that has strengthened my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure. In addition, my background in tennis coaching, from running blind tennis programs to working with individuals aged 3 to 80, has further enhanced my ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups. Furthermore, my experience in reservation coordination has strengthened my organisational skills and attention to detail, allowing me to provide seamless and high-quality service.
