Whilst doing at my current job, I have supplied and maintained server spaces to boost productivity when managing tables. Used eftpos machines and registers to cash out customers. Greeted new customers, discussed specials, and took drink orders. Resolved guest and employee complaints to maintain complete customer satisfaction and workforce effectiveness.

Followed supervisor instructions to complete tasks on time. Cleared, washed and stacked all plates, dining utensils, and trays quickly and without breaking. Assisted with kitchen prep work to help operations run smoothly and meet customer needs.

While at TAFE studying a cert 2 in salon assistants I sanitise tools, follow safety standards and keep the salon clean and safe. Supported reception desk, receiving phone calls, entering appointments, and collecting payments for services rendered. I welcome and greet 1- 2 clients weekly. I have also collected payment from customers and scheduled next appointments.

In grade 10 I had an to do work experience. I supervised children and participated with children in activities. I also established positive relationships with students, parents, fellow teachers, and school administrators. I helped students master learning concepts through one-on-one and small group tutoring.

As a team member at KFC, I contributed to team safety and productivity by removing safety hazards and keeping areas neat and well-stocked. I Improved my knowledge and productivity through continuous education and learning from the senior team leaders that I had worked with. I also worked hard to learn required tasks quickly to maximise my performance in the workplace and with customers.
