The businesses are involved in manufacturing, offshore estimating and architectural drafting services, supplying & installing energy efficiency products to residential construction, and a commercial construction business.

The Group (Consolidated Energy / Atlas Precast / Atlas Building / Realcognita) has experienced 60% year on year growth through the acquisition of Atlas Precast & Atlas Building. I have integrated these businesses and implemented Sage 300 ERP.
This has lead to a significant improvement in transparency in reporting and job costing. Streamlined processes, including digitising the AP workflows, have contributed to operational efficiencies in the finance department. This enabled a reduction in headcount in the department as natural attrition occurred.
I have recently set up a Group shared services function for payroll and transactional finance in the Philippines. This has amounted to material cost savings and removed duplication of roles across the business. There is a view that this function can become an additional source of revenue by offering the service to third parties in the future.
