Cyan is a specialist high net worth boutique funds management firm that is trustee and manager for the Cyan C3G Fund, a wholesale pooled unit trust investing in a diversified portfolio of ASX listed emerging companies. Grown to over 300 individual high-net worth clients and $50m in FUM.

As a Director and Portfolio Manager I am directly involved with all investment decisions. I also manage the Compliance, Accounting, Legal and Fund Administration relationships.

• As a Senior Industrials Analysts with Patersons my coverage included Engineering/Construction, Consumer Discretionary, Diversified Financials, General Industrial and Mining Services companies ranging in market cap from $20 million to $8 billion
• My role was to generate institutional and retail focused research, communicated through written reports, daily internal morning meetings and direct external client contact.

• Eclectic Capital Management was an Australian multi-strategy hedge fund adopting the use of long/short, events, pairs and buy/write strategies
• The client base was a concentrated list of European and US institutions and high net worth individuals
• Employed as the sole industrial analyst my role included the valuation of listed Australian companies across a range of sectors including Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Financials, Industrials, Information Technology and Telecommunications.

• Bell Potter Securities was, at the time of my employment, a privately owned Australian based equities advisory firm which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the ASX listed Bell Financial Group
• My most recent role within the group was as a Small Cap Industrial Analyst covering a number of ASX listed companies

• I began my career with Macquarie Bank in Melbourne through participation in its graduate program in 1994
• I initially spent time within a number of divisions before working within the newly established Private Banking team
• I worked in both Melbourne and Sydney managing high net worth client relationships offering financial advice on both debt structure and investment products
