As a Correctional Officer First Class with the Northern Territory (NT) Department of Corrections (DoC), I have consistently demonstrated excellence in both on-the- job performance and formal training programs.

I am committed to becoming an emerging leader within the Department of Corrections, combining my strong communication and interpersonal skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity.

My work involves defusing volatile situations and building professional, respectful rapport with prisoners and colleagues. I take pride in fostering cultural understanding, particularly in relation to Indigenous communities, and thrive in diverse, multicultural environments.
