I am an Australian, raised in a country dairy, sheep and cattle farming town, and have just returned from the UAE where I was employed as their manager of Operational Excellence across a highly industrialized, high risk/hazardous manufacturing set of facilities.
I am a very well educated, experienced quality and continuous improvement manager, gaining much of my experience early in my career working within the automotive assembly (Ford) and later as a manager in several award winning automotive component supply companies.

Coming from a trades background to production management with a Mast. Of Engineering, Grad. Dip in Management, Dip. with distinction in Management of OHS&W and a Diploma in Training & Assessment (TAA) and Cert IV in TAE, I am a very well-rounded lean – six sigma expert, CI and quality is in my DNA, someone in which you can rely on, a team developer, spanning supply, process inputs, processing standard operations, process outputs often exceeding expectations for quality, on time and below cost.
