Management:
· Oversee the operations at Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville branches.
· Plan for IPS’s ongoing operational needs, including business development, marketing facilities, and equipment.
· Work with the CEO to ensure adequate planning for the IPS’s future including the setting and evaluating of:
o Goals
o Milestones
o KPIs
· Develop and implement operations according to the set objectives and strategies.
· Supervising, appraising staff and identifying their training and development needs Monitor personnel key indicators and plan for improvement as needed
· High level client and staff conflict management
· Provide leadership for IPS through good communications, good business relationships, and good public relation

Financial:
Preparation and analysis of financials, including:
· Preparation, completion and analysis of the month end financial statement:
o Breakdown and summary of all department costs and revenue
o Reconciliation of COH
o Reconciliation of Working Capital and Trust Accounts
o Update of debtors
o Analysis and update of various department cost ratios
o Preparation of staff salaries
o Cash flow reports.
o Expense reports.
o Profit and loss.
· Financial modelling:
o Cash flow projections
o Profit and loss projections
o Capital cost projections
o New departments and various company scenarios
· Daily monitoring of all company expenses and revenues.
