Grant McDonald

I have over twenty years experience within the call centre industry in leadership and senior management positions. I have proven skills in coaching and training of frontline staff and team leaders to support alignment and realisation of strategic, operational and organizational objectives. This has been achieved through applying a strong focus on achieving, customer service, people and change management goals. These skills have been applied in previous roles Suncorp Bank Manager and part-owner of marketing/advertising company GrabAds.

The last 15 years I’ve been employed by the Queensland Police Service as Team Leader at the Policelink contact centre. I’ve been through the Policelink business model change from a single data entry police customer model to today a multi channel public and police business model creating efficiencies via phone, digital and social media to our clients.

Within my time at Policelink I’ve completed secondments as Policelink Operations Manager and Support Services Co-ordinator positions and Policelink Operations Leader
