- 2019-2023. Performed 28 insurance jobs for the Vmia. This included meeting the customer and quoting the scope of works, compiling building contract and permits, being on the tool for the rectification works. Contract prices varied from $16,000-$300,000. All jobs had the same theme of water leaking into customer homes or apartments and I mostly performed bathroom renovations, redoing balconies, replacing floor coverings and roof repairs due to poor roof plumbing. In these jobs I continued to work on the tools and run the business.
- 2017-2023. 12 customer home renovations and alterations. Contract prices varied from $20,000-$300,000. This included small jobs like replacing windows in homes, doing bathroom and kitchen renovations, building sunrooms, installing Trimdeck roofs on old homes, installing skylights and normal house extensions. All business duties like quoting, estimating, even being on the tools were performed by myself and my team, only drafting was contracted out.
- 2017-2019. Designed and built 10 brand new customer homes. This included 4 single storey and 6 double storey homes located in the North and East of Melbourne. Contract prices varied from $300,000 - $700,000. Three homes being split level with steep blocks of land. Footing and slab foundation systems used. Contractors used for drafting, estimating and colour selections, everything was managed by myself (eg contracts, permits, admin, accounts etc).
- Contracted my services as a Site Manager in Medium Density Projects to other builders. - Rivergum Homes May 2023 - March 2024 (27 townhouse complex worth $13.5 million). - Devine Homes September 2013 - December 2016 (66 double storey townhouse complex worth $50 million). In this role I managed the whole site, supervisors, estimator and labourers.
