Being the lead technical contact in the Ericsson test environment, I was involved in assessing requirement specifications and supplying solution recommendations, with cost and man-hours estimates across major projects. These include:

- NBN product support and verification (WNTD, NGDM, BB radio, and NR).

- Various Telstra projects.

- Ericsson product development POCs.

As part of the Last Test Environment Move (2017), I initiated improvements that were essential to reduce costs and work more efficiently; some of these include:

- Designing/commissioning an RF chamber for isolating the RF interface.

- RF Patch panel with remote access

- IP patch for customer access.

- RF monitor as per OH&S requirements.

As OH&S representative for test environment I was involved in various improvements, these include compulsory wearing of earplugs, with noise levels continually monitored, other recommendations include annual RF EME testing and reports in line with ACA recommendations.
