· Produce a Club player development plan that includes:-

o A 4year development plan for the Skill Acquisition Phase (10-­‐13 year olds) incorporating the 4 main core skills

o A 4year development plan for the Game Training Phase

(14-­‐17 year olds) centred around positiomal responsibilities

o Ensure all youth development plans are in line with the National Curriculum

o In conjunction with age group coaches, adjust the plan to accommodate for individual development player needs

· In conjunction with the age group coaches, produce twice yearly player assessment reports utilizing the player positional assessment form

Assist in the technical delivery & implementation of the V-Elite Program, under the guidance & mentorship of Ange Postecoglou

As one of the V-Elite Assistant coaches, responsible for demonstrating the technical themes to x60 identified top talents in metro VIC from u11s to u15s

• Collaborated with head coach to develop and maintain team schedule and practices to enhance preparedness.
• Developed strong relationship with players to assist in reaching goals, build trust and rapport.
• Prior to the National Curriculum, successfully implemented a possession-based playing style and went undefeated at the National Championships

With the experience of 2008, and again working with Head Coach, Michael McBride, we once again successfully executed our possession-based playing style at the National Championships.

Highlight being that x4 of our VIC players were selected for the National representative squad
