Implementation of end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions by designing & developing business intelligence reporting, analytics & data management solutions for clients, plus undertaking project management & customer engagement activities. Key projects delivered:

• Time Usage Model dashboard for prominent WA mining client to monitor & analyse asset availability & reliability KPI's
• System-wide multi-tier performance dashboard for 24-schools network in NSW reporting (system-wide, school and class levels)

Duties performed on these projects included:

• Connection to multiple on-premise & cloud-based data sources including SQL Server, SSAS, Azure SQL DB/DW/Data Lake, Web-based (MS SharePoint, Google, OData), Excel/CSV
