· Negotiating Conservation covenants on land title, and land purchase for landscape scale conservation outcomes.

· Manage and design Multi land tenure projects including pest plant and animal control, and revegetation.

· Flora and fauna surveys.

· Working with farmers and other land managers in landscape scale planning and assessment for threatened species recovery.

· Property management plans and understanding individual landholder views and family plans.

· Managing conservation properties, including extensive wetlands and riverine environments.

· Identification of native plants and animals

· Native seed collection and management

· Revegetation with seed and tube stock.

Manage seed collection programs and revegetation programs. Record information of previous farm forestry sites.

Engage seed collectors, oversee seed preparation, storage and payment to collectors.

· Irrigation and dryland farming, including organically certified vegetables, melons, grains.

· Livestock husbandry.

· Contract sheep shearing.

· Victorian Department of Conservation Forests and lands – Pest plant and animal management.

· Negotiating and engagement with grain farmers in relation to commodities pricing and classification with Australian Barley Board and Grain elevators Board and Vic Grain (GrainCorp).
