Accomplishments

Heavily involved in the standardization of molds and components leading to leadtime and cost reductions.

Developed CNC templates and drawing templates for improved engineering department performance.

Involved in the most complex of engineering challenges both in design and manufacture of highly accurate parts.

Starting as an apprentice Fitter and Turner on the shop floor and within a few short years was promoted to the engineering department. I rapidly ascended to become CNC/CAM supervisor and not long after became a design engineer. After some time gaining experience in this role, I was assigned the more complex projects. Some of my designs have made millions of parts and are still functioning well.
