I have excellent computer skills as shown in my casual roles in administration I have worked in various casual roles since 2006 and I was responsible for using the company’s computer systems to generate, print and mail invoices This involved using MYOB and Platinum and the result of this was that all invoices were generated on time as per service level agreements and demonstrates that I have good computer skills

I believe I have good receptionist skills as shown by my work experience at Express Computer Repairs During my time with this employer I was required to answer the phone as well as greet customers in a retail environment This involved working full time and at many times independently as this was a very small business As a result I was able to answer customer queries as well as help to generate new business for this service This shows that I have good receptionist skills

I believe I am flexible as shown in my various casual roles Since 1999 I have been able to take on a variety of different roles from retail to office work to reception work Because of my casual roles I was required to pick up skills quickly and this involved learning new skills including computer applications including MS Suite, Oracle and SAP as well as learning various telephone systems The result of this is that I can be relied upon to pick up new skills quickly which shows that I can be flexible
