I bring over five years of experience working in specialty coffee cafés in South Korea, combined with a strong passion for the industry.

My background has given me a strong understanding of coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in busy, team-oriented environments.

Hospitality is one of my core strengths,I consistently create warm and welcoming experiences for customers and communicate effectively with team members.

I remain calm under pressure and am able to resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

I am still improving my English, but I always do my best to communicate clearly and kindly.

I am not afraid to ask questions or learn from my team, and I always put in the effort to improve every day.

I believe good service is about being friendly, respectful, and attentive, and those are qualities I bring to every shift.

Currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa, valid until 25 June 2026.
