Study biomedical data of kidney transplantation from GEO database
Design a tool to help pathologists predict the probability of patients get rejected after get kidney transplant, by using the blood test and biopsy test gene expression result.
Collect data from GEO database and study sample outcome, train predictive model base on sample outcome to find relevant gene expression.
Create user interface app for pathologists to upload the patient test information, using predictive model to predict the outcome of patient get rejected from kidney transplant. Finally produce the test report.
The whole project is conclude in a 3000-word report.
