· Conduct various security patrols of facility to prevent unauthorised access or suspicious activity including: Physical patrols, Video patrols, Nightly full site video patrols & Buddy Patrols.
· Conduct security screening of all personnel entering and exiting a restricted area
· Monitor facility alarms and security system Class 5 alarms, Security portal resets, Duress alarms, Investigating and responding to alarms.
· First responders to the incident and emergency management including First Aid
· Management of keys/cards, Access Control System and Visitor Management Systems
· Identify prohibited items and prevent them from being introduced to or removed from a restricted area
· Provide complete and accurate shift reports and task handover to Customer Service & Security Supervisor
· Physical (on foot) and Virtual (on CCTV) patrols of assigned areas and report hazards and incidents
· Coordinate and manage team operations, including staffing and tasks.
· Ensure superior customer service by completing all processing as per SLA with clients.
· Guide staff or clients through actions, either in person or virtually.
· Coach and manage staff performance.
· Promote and lead the "Customer is always first" mindset with the team.
