- These belong to one of Australia's largest property owners The GPT Group who have a strong emphasis on sustainability & reporting and are committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2030
- I have had the following roles and responsibilities while working for the GPT group
- Data Collection and Analysis; Evaluate and analyze waste data for 30 assets Reporting and Documentation; deliver monthly reports individually tailored to improve performance Strategy Development and Implementation; develop engagement and education material for the client advising them to implement the recommendations for a sustainable outcome Stakeholder Engagement; collaborate with various stakeholders such as operations team, waste contractors and tenants Performance Monitoring and Evaluation; organize and conduct quarterly reviews with each asset and conduct facility visits to ensure compliance with the EPA; conducting waste audits as a certified NABERS assessor Research and Development; stay updated with the everchanging waste industry acceptance criterion Training and Communication; conduct tenant engagement and education sessions involving interstate travel
