Nylon Tube: Nylon Pneumatic tubing is made from high quality nylon. It has an excellent dimensional stability, is light in weight, flexible and good resistance to ageing against heat and light over rubber hoses and steel lines.
· Acquire the training and experience to operate intruder and extruder, nylon tube forming machine.

· Setup machine parameters for intruder and extruder parameters as per tube size requirements .

· Operate the machining unit and manage the production activities in line with standards and overall manufacturing plans

· Perform tests on tube as per internal SOPs

· Perform the activities relating to product life cycle that included input of plastic, PVC and other granules across the Extruder

· Set the machining parameters of injection moulding unit as per the provided guidelines for press force, temperature, cooling rate etc.

· Perform product alignment activities, especially for moulds across the machines as per the requirements for the product designs

· Operate the machining unit and manage the production activities in line with standards and overall manufacturing plans

· Assist the Production Manager in resolving the issues with machining efficiencies

· Perform tests on the hoses and other plastic production as per internal SOPs

· Resolve the engineering issues relating to injection moulding and other plastic manufacturing activities
