• Evaluate the use of offender engagement skills and interventions
• Apply order administration activities to offenders at low risk of reoffending and, where required, offenders on reparation orders, (with case allocation determined by the Area.
• Refer offenders to relevant services, monitor compliance against order requirements, implement appropriate responses to non-compliance and escalate matters as required to senior staff ni a timely manner.
• Produce case notes, reports, and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, contribute to team planning, work process improvements and day-to-day administration of local work area.

• Performance of any statutory powers, functions, and duties of a community corrections officer in the Corrections Act 1986, the Corrections Regulations 2009 or any other Act or regulations that are authorised by the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety pursuant to section 12A of the Corrections Act 1986.

  while being open about risks, strategies to reduce risk and expectations in relation to
  dignity of risk that promotes the wellbeing of young people.

• Conducts phone calls, digital communication, and outreach support to young people
  and communicates with external stakeholders.
• Completes all required documentation to enable monitoring of program performance
  and outcomes and participate in continuous quality improvement.
• Implement practices in therapeutic interventions for young people about previous trauma and attachment.
• Support young people to access support services e.g. counselling, health support,
  community activities.

• Maintains comprehensive professional case notes, reports, client files and records,
  including data collection according to program and statutory requirements, and
  ensure timelines for completion are adequately met.
