I've been working in bars for going on 5 years and have a passion for giving the best service and slinging the best cocktails. I have a love for working and contributing in a positive and collaborative team. I have skills in making classic cocktails to seasonal signature cocktails, slinging pints, wine and coffee. I'm proficient in all FOH skills, such as customer service, dining service, running food and drinks, and bussying. I also have experience in other areas such as making syrups and alcohol infusions, running of keg room, and training new staff in the runnings of the bar and floor.
I've been working at my current workplace for 3.5 years and am looking for a fresh environment where I can continue to learn and grow.
